Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Coordinate subcontractor scopes, procurement, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Work with field leadership and clients to track costs, resolve project issues, and deliver documented quality and safety requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 5+ years of commercial construction project management; experience with scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and construction safety practices.
