Browse engineering jobs placed by Engineering Recruiters. Our recruiters maintain an active board of permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire engineering roles from clients across the United States, spanning every major engineering discipline and seniority level. New roles are added by our recruiters as requisitions open, and roles are removed as soon as they are filled, so the listings on this page represent active hiring needs you can move on today.
If you are an engineer evaluating your next move, you can apply directly to any listing, or you can submit a general profile and let one of our recruiters match you to a curated set of roles. Many of the placements we make are not posted publicly. Confidential searches, retained replacements of an incumbent, and roles in stealth-mode startups never hit the public board, but we will share them with shortlisted candidates after a screening conversation.
Roles on our board generally fall into the following categories. Filter by category in the listings above, or talk to a recruiter for a curated list.
We support every common engineering employment model. Permanent direct-hire roles are W-2 with our client employer and represent the bulk of our placements. Contract roles are typically 3 to 18 months, paid on W-2 or 1099, and well-suited to engineers who want project variety, schedule flexibility, or a runway between full-time roles. Contract-to-hire roles let both sides confirm fit before converting to permanent and are common for founding engineering hires, controls engineers, specialized firmware roles, and senior individual contributors moving across industries.
Our jobs board includes fully remote, hybrid, and fully onsite roles across all 50 states. Remote roles are filterable in the listings above and span software, DevOps, data, and increasingly mechanical and electrical roles where the work is design-centric rather than lab-bound. Hybrid roles typically require 1 to 3 days per week onsite. Onsite roles concentrate in manufacturing, hardware, lab-based, and field engineering roles where the work has to happen in a specific physical location.
The candidates who get placed fastest do three things. First, they keep their resume current with the metrics, technologies, and scale of the systems they have actually built — not buzzwords. Second, they engage with a recruiter early so we can keep you in mind for off-board roles, not just the public listings. Third, they are honest about must-haves: if you will not relocate, will not commute more than 30 minutes, or have a hard floor on base salary, tell us up front so we focus on roles you would actually accept.
If you are early in your search and want to understand the engineering compensation market, our recruiters can pull comp benchmarks from our internal placement data for your specific stack, location, and seniority. That benchmark conversation is free and does not require committing to any specific role.
All candidate conversations are strictly confidential. We do not share your name, resume, or even the fact that you are exploring with any employer until you give us explicit approval to submit you to a specific role. We never contact your current employer, your manager, or your references without your written go-ahead. If you ask us to keep certain employers off-limits (your current company, your spouse's company, a competitor) we honor that for the life of the relationship.
Open roles are added and refreshed continuously by our recruiters as client requisitions open and close. Filled roles are removed promptly so the board reflects what is actually hiring.
